With an extensive background in leading organizations and capital construction projects, I excel in operations and managing complex projects through implementation of programs, policies and best practices. I offer a background for successfully overseeing facilities in excess of 200 acres and leading teams of 8 or more. I am also skilled in recreation management and knowledgeable with non-profit and for profit management. 
My expertise includes:

•    Development and monitoring of accurate capital, construction, and operational budgets.
•    Planning, estimating, negotiating, and managing projects through outside contractors and employees.

DELIVERED RESULTS
Facilitated growth and efficient operations of 240-acre outdoor education park attracting 10,000 visitors annually. Managed relationships with 50+ non-profit organizations and schools. Prepared and monitored annual budgets up to $.5 million. Instrumental in planning and executing 3-phase $6 million capital improvement project comprised of 240 acres in land acquisition, development of open-air pavilion, restroom, trap-shooting range projects, and  building of a 6000 sq./ft. indoor education center. Provided facility-use forecasts, design recommendations, maintenance plans, and facility operations strategies during development.
